Yoga during lunch break
Hop on your mat, forget your mind stuff / PHD for half an hour and come into your body. We try to move, stretch and engage as many muscles as possible in different hatha yoga postures. The course will be a mix of soft and more challenging poses, of static an gentle dynamic movements and of activation and relaxation. It is designed to act as a couterpart to the mostly sitting position during work. The course is suitable for beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners.
Please be aware that the course includes only 10 units instead of 13 what the given time frame shows. The teacher will inform you soon about the 3 dates that won't take place.
