"The term Vinyasa refers to the alignment of movement with the breath, during this 60-minute session you are invited to listen to your body and surrender to the flow. You’re guided by your deliberate breath to move through different postures and sequences. A moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
Two Vinyasa classes are offered:
All level Vinyasa
Come as you are! This course is suitable for beginners, advanced intermediate students and everyone in between. The classes offer modifications and props so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends and the opportunity for inversions. Balancing between the physical and spiritual aspect, you will stretch and sweat, then enjoy a guided meditation and allow time for yourself as I invite you to fully surrender and be as you are.
Intermediate/ advanced Vinyasa
Designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. This is based on an established relationship between breath and movement, pushing with more advanced asanas to include inversions, splits, and arm balances. This will encourage you to go deep into your body and your mind. By accepting the challenge you'll learn how to balance yourself physically and mentally, in return breaking pre-set boundaries.
