BARMER Body-Check Aktionstag

Die Zahl auf der Waage wird leider viel zu oft als Indikator für körperliche Gesundheit und Fitness gesehen. Doch egal, ob die Waage der beste Freund oder größte Feind ist – es gibt aussagekräftigere Methoden, um zu sehen, was im Körper vor sich geht. Eine davon ist es, die Körperzusammensetzung zu ermitteln.

Mit dem BARMER Body Check* erfährst Du in ca. 15 Minuten, wie sich Dein Körper zusammensetzt und was Du tun kannst, wenn Du daran arbeiten möchtest.

  • Body-Mass-Index (BMI)
  • Körperfettanteil
  • Viszeraler Fettanteil
  • Gesamtkörperwasser
  • Muskelmasse
  • Grundumsatz

Der BARMER Body-Check Aktionstag ist kostenlos und findet in Kooperation mit der BARMER Krankenkasse statt.

BARMER Body Check Action Day

Unfortunately, the number on the scales is all too often seen as an indicator of physical health and fitness. But whether the scales are your best friend or your worst enemy, there are more meaningful ways to see what's going on in your body. One of these is to determine your body composition.

With the BARMER Body Check*, you can find out in about 15 minutes what your body is made up of and what you can do if you want to work on it.

  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Body fat percentage
  • Visceral fat percentage
  • Total body water
  • Muscle mass
  • Basal metabolic rate

The BARMER Body-Check campaign day is free of charge and takes place in cooperation with the BARMER health insurance company.
