Ving Tsun Kung Fu
Was dich erwartet:

Ving Tsun Kung Fu
Ving Tsun (often also spelled Wing Chun or Wing Tsun) is a South Chinese martial art dating back around 300 years, which gained worldwide recognition primarily through Grandmaster Yip Man (Ip Man) and his famous student Bruce Lee, as well as the martial arts legend Wong Shun Leung. In this course, you will learn the system in the direct lineage of Wong Shun Leung and Philipp Bayer: authentic, well-founded and straightforward.
What to expect:
Ving Tsun is designed to end a fight in the shortest possible time through structure, timing and directness. Our training covers:
- The three unarmed forms: From the basics (Siu Lim Tao, the ‘first idea’) through mobilisation (Chum Kiu) to strategies for borderline situations (Biu Gee).
- Chi-Sao / Lap-Sao / Goh-Sao: The soul of Ving Tsun. Here, all fundamental skills such as striking power, sense of distance, structure and speed are honed through partner training.
- Equipment training and weapons: Advanced students use the wooden dummy to correct their stances, as well as the long pole and double knives to master the use of weapons.
In Ving Tsun, there are no exams, belts or grading systems. Your progress is not measured by a colour around your waist, but by the continuous improvement of your motor skills, striking power and structure. Your personal ambition determines your growth.
Ving Tsun does not require any particular physical attributes or acrobatic skills. It is an intelligent system that works for people of all builds. For training, you’ll need standard sportswear and indoor trainers (preferably with a hard sole).
