CampUS Cup Tennis
Im Rahmen des Event Wochenendes findet der CampUS Cup Tennis, Fußball und Beachvolleyball statt. Bitte bedenkt, dass ihr euch nur für ein Turnier anmelden könnt, da diese zeitgleich auf dem Außengelände am Allmandring stattfinden.
Es ist endlich so weit! Der CampUS Cup Tennis geht erstmalig an den Start! Seid mit dabei und meldet euch an.
Der CampUS Cup Tennis ist ein Tagesturnier im Bändelesturnierformat mit wechselnden Paarungen, die vor jeder Paarung neu ausgewählt werden. Nach 15 Minuten läutet die Glocke und das Spiel ist beendet. Die Sieger erhalten jeweils 1 Bändel. Wer um 15h die meisten Bändel hat, hat gewonnen. Es gibt 2 Sieger, Damen und Herren. Sachpreise für die ersten 3 Spieler bzw. Spielerinnen werden bei der Siegerehrung ausgehändigt. Bei Spielgleichstand, d.h. Spiele und Punkte, entscheidet der nächste Ball. Vor dem ersten Spiel eines jeden Teilnehmers gibt es 5 Minuten Einspielen.

Anmeldung:
- Meldet euch bis zum 17.05. an und bekommt den Frühbucherrabatt von 20,-€ pro Person. Ab dem 18.5. ist die Anmeldung auch für Externe geöffnet und beträgt 25,-€ pro Person. Auch Studierende der Uni Stuttgart + Partnerhochschulen + Beschäftigte bezahlen ab dem 18.05. jeweils 25,-€ pro Team.

Anmeldegebühren:
- Mit Abgabe der Meldung erkennt jeder Teilnehmer den Anspruch des Ausrichters auf die Anmeldegebühr an. Spieler, die nach Meldeschluss zurückziehen oder gestrichen werden, erhalten keine Anmeldegebühr zurück.
Auslosung:
- Direkt vor Spielbeginn während die anderen Spiele laufen.
Spieltermine:
- Die Teilnehmer können tagsüber während des Tages ein- und aussteigen.

Wettkampfbestimmungen
- Gespielt wird nach den Tennisregeln der ITF und nach der Turnierordnung des DTB.
- Bei allen Spielen entscheidet gem. §37 DTB Turnierordnung die mehr gewonnenen Spiele. Bei Gleichstand in Spielen und Punkten zählt der nächste gespielte Punkt.
- Die Turnierteilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die Spieler sind persönlich für ihren Gesundheitszustand verantwortlich und erklären mit Spielantritt, dass die Teilnehmer/Spieler in der Lage sind, ohne gesundheitliche Risiken am Turnier teilzunehmen. Im Schadensfall kann der Turnierveranstalter nicht haftbar gemacht werden.
- Es kommt der DTB-Verhaltenskodex zur Anwendung.
- Alle Teilnehmer müssen bei allen Spielen 10 min vor Spielansetzung spielbereit auf der Anlage anwesend sein. Bitte bei Abwesenheit vorher die Turnierleitung informieren.
- Jeder Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich, nach Aufforderung durch die Turnierleitung das Amt des Schiedsrichters zu übernehmen. Mit Abgabe der Nennung erkennt der Spieler die Bedingungen der Ausschreibung an und unterwirft sich der Satzung und den Ordnungen des WTB. Die Hygiene- und Abstandsregeln sind unbedingt von jedem/jeder Spieler/-in und begleitenden Personen einzuhalten.
Allgemeines:
- Der Turnierausschuss behält sich vor, die Bestimmungen der Ausschreibung (falls erforderlich) zu ändern. Mit Abgabe der Nennung erkennt der Teilnehmer/Spieler die Bedingungen der Ausschreibung, sowie die Satzung und Ordnung des DTB/WTB an und handelt entsprechend.
- Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, Schläger vor Ort bespannen zu lassen
Bild- und Filmaufnahmen:
- Wir möchten euch darauf hinweisen, dass während der CampUS Cups Foto- und Filmaufnahmen gemacht werden, die für Print- und Werbeveröffentlichungen verwendet werden. Als Teilnehmer*in willigt ihr mit der Anmeldung in die Veröffentlichung und Verbreitung von Fotos, Filmaufnahmen sowie Interviews in Rundfunk, Fernsehen, Internet, Printmedien, Büchern, fotomechanischen Vervielfältigungen auch durch Dritte wie Medien und Sponsoren ohne Anspruch auf Vergütung ein.

The CampUS Cup tennis, football and beach volleyball will take place as part of the event weekend. Please note that you can only register for one tournament, as these will take place at the same time on the outdoor area at the Allmandring.
The time has finally come! The CampUS Cup Tennis is starting for the first time! Be part of it and sign up.
The CampUS Cup Tennis is a one-day tournament in ribbon tournament format with alternating pairings, which are selected before each pairing. After 15 minutes, the bell rings and the match is over. The winners each receive 1 ribbon. Whoever has the most ribbons at 3pm is the winner. There are 2 winners, men and women. Prizes for the first 3 players will be handed out at the award ceremony. In the event of a tie, i.e. games and points, the next ball will decide. There will be a 5-minute warm-up before the first game of each participant.

- Register by 17.05. and get the early bird discount of €20 per person. From 18.5. the registration is also open for external participants and is 25,-€ per person. Students of the University of Stuttgart + partner universities + employees will also pay €25 per team from 18.05. onwards.

- By submitting the entry form, each participant recognises the organiser's entitlement to the entry fee. Players who withdraw or are cancelled after the registration deadline will not receive a refund of the registration fee.

Competition rules:
- The matches are played according to the ITF tennis rules and the DTB tournament regulations.
- In all matches, the more games won is decisive according to §37 DTB tournament regulations. In the event of a tie in games and points, the next point played counts.
- Participation in the tournament is at your own risk. Players are personally responsible for their state of health and declare that they are able to take part in the tournament without any health risks. The tournament organiser cannot be held liable in the event of damage.
- The DTB Code of Conduct applies.
- All participants must be present and ready to play 10 minutes before the start of the match. In case of absence, please inform the tournament organisers in advance.
- Each participant undertakes to act as referee if requested to do so by the tournament organisers. By submitting the entry form, the player recognises the conditions of the announcement and submits to the statutes and regulations of the WTB. The hygiene and distancing rules must be observed by all players and accompanying persons.
General information:
- The tournament committee reserves the right to change the regulations of the invitation (if necessary). By submitting the entry form, the participant/player recognises the conditions of the announcement, as well as the statutes and regulations of the DTB/WTB and acts accordingly
- It is not possible to have rackets strung on site
Picture and film recordings:
We would like to point out that photos and film recordings will be made during the CampUS Cups, which will be used for print and advertising publications. By registering as a participant, you consent to the publication and distribution of photos, film recordings and interviews in radio, television, internet, print media, books and photomechanical reproductions, including by third parties such as media and sponsors, without any claim to remuneration.
